Franco-Louisiannan response to WRW1, M¹d par 40 minutar, 9 VIII 2006, 12:20

(Palais de l’Élysée, Paris, France) President Jacques Chirac spoke decisively today regarding unfolding events in the Caribbean, and a resolution sponsored by France and Louisianne to be proposed to the UN in the near future.

Speaking of the RTC Zone of Control in South Florida, “As soon as one nation claims the right to take colonial action, other countries will naturally do the same. If we go down that road, where are we going? It is not a trait the RTC should espouse.

“One can go to war alone as we have so often seen, but you can’t build peace alone. The RTC has done their very best given a terrible situation. It is time they accept the support of the international community in their nation-building venture.

“The message of the international community is clear – it has united to tell the RTC that it is now time to co-operate fully with the League of Nations. This said, I maintain that there is room for dialogue and negotiation.”

In an 9:00 AM (LST) Press Release, President Jean-François Young and much of the Council met with the Press delineating a joint French-Louisiannan Proposal to the League of Nations that was originally to be delivered toward the end of the week. This proposal seems to reflect the zeitgeist, as it nearly coincides with the minority voice of the RTC as expressed today by Professor Onute Stanizskiene.

President Young was seend nodding as an aide spoke to him as he spoke to the assembled reporters.

“It has come to our attention that a minority voice in the RTC has spoken of an international consortium to aid the RTC in organizing South East Florida’s government and preparing them for independence and unification with the Irish Zone of Control.

“While we have disagreed with the decisions of the Aldendorf government regarding South East Florida, Louisianna’s friendly feeling for the RTC and its governing body has not waned. Having heard of Professor Staniszkiene’s suggestion, Louisianna agrees that a Peacekeeping consortium should be called to assist, not undermine, the RTC in their goal of restoring the rights of the South Floridian people.

“We further stipulate that should this plan be chosen, those nations who were involved in the War of 2004 recuse themselves from the Peacekeeping force and ask that Castille and Leon, Aragon, and other uninvolved European countries bring their assistance to bear in this venture, thus protecting the South Floridians from colonisation.”
